"There has to be a better way." That is often the sentence that precedes a request for my help. Though you know your job better than anyone, you recognize that there is certainly a way it could be done more efficiently yet do not know the tools that can help.

With your input, I assess the process, design a solution, review it with you, and then  implement it in your office.
